Trichia Lynn (Bishop) Walker was born Dec. 3, 1969, in Colorado Springs to Rick and Linda Bishop. She went home to be with her Redeemer on Aug. 19, 2016. The cause of death was brain cancer.

Trichia was raised in Meeker, Colo., and was graduated from Meeker High School in 1988. She moved to Durango, Colo., to attend college at Fort Lewis, and she was graduated with a teaching degree. She later enrolled at San Juan College and obtained a physical therapist degree.
She married Dean Walker on June 23, 2001, and bore a son, Joshua, now age 13, and a daughter, Joslyn, now age 8.
Trish “wore many hats” well, including daughter, wife, mother, sister, home school teacher, Sunday school teacher, physical therapist assistant, personal trainer, events coordinator, ski school instructor, landscaper, gardener, scrapbooker and many others. She loved the outdoors, flowers, high mountain lakes, hiking, biking and camping. Perhaps she was best known for her sweet, strong and gentle personality.
