William E. (Bill) Ruckman passed away peacefully on Sept. 2, 2024, at Swedish Medical Center in Denver, Colorado, after a brief and unexpected illness.
Bill was the third of five children born to Morris and Alice (Anderson) Ruckman in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, on May 5, 1935. Bill began attending school in Meeker, Colorado, but the family soon relocated to Grand Junction, Colorado, where he completed his high school…
