RANGELY I The Colorado Northwestern Community College men’s baseball team is off to a good start this year. After traveling to Phoenix and Southern Nevada to begin their pre-season play, the Spartans were 4-7 entering conference.

Barone grapplers off to good start

MEEKER I After a second-place finish in the 2A Colorado State Wrestling Championships in Denver, Meeker coaches J.C. Watt and Willy Theos were back in the wrestling room, preparing 20 Barone Middle School kids for their first tournament, held in Gypsum on Saturday.
