Over the weekend, Rangely boys played Manila and Intermountain Christian School (ICS). The first game against Manila was not a reflection on the scoreboard of all the good things that took place throughout the game. Manila, a well disciplined team, was able to give Rangely an opportunity to test their skills for the first of the season. On Saturday, Rangely played ICS. The Panthers kept ICS in the game far longer than they could have and ultimately played to their potential in the second half resulting in a scoreboard win. The weekend proved to be a great experience which allowed the team to work through growing pains and have a positive realization of all the improvements that can be made throughout the season to result in post-season success.
