In an intriguing twist on the idea of Santa’s sleigh and his reindeer team, Rio Blanco County first responders linked their vehicles together with light strings and pulled Santa through town on the fire engine. The display was a great example of the teamwork between the various agencies.

A stunning display downtown wrapped up the ninth annual Parade of Lights.
