Pioneers Medical Center (PMC) has been awarded $1,204,379 through Colorado’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) to expand after-hours prescription access, modernize pharmacy services and strengthen telehealth and remote patient monitoring for residents of Rio Blanco County and surrounding communities.
The funding is part of nearly $170 million in RHTP grants directed by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) to rural health care providers across Colorado.…
