MEEKER — At the plant center, precipitation in March measured only 0.99 inches and includes 9.5 inches of snow. The longtime average for March is 1.50 inches. However, for the year to the end of March we are still 11.5 percent above average. In February, we were 43.3 percent above average. April is a month with a longtime average of 1.56 inches of precipitation.

RBC I Precipitation measured in Rio Blanco County so far this year is quite a bit above normal through Oct. 20 and already stands many inches above the total received during all of 2012.
