B.Move to Approve/Deny Contract Modification No. 1 between the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado and Stewart Welding & Machine Inc. for the purchase of sixteen (16) Hinged Mounting Brackets for each tower platform at the purchase price of $304.00 each and sixteen (16) Generator Mounts for each solar platform at a purchase price of $85.00 each, increasing the not to exceed amount by $6,224.00 to $73,394.24.
C.Move to Approve/Deny an Agreement for Services between the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado, for the use and benefit of the Public Health & Environment, and Rachel Gates, to provide administrative grant support for the Emergency Preparedness and Response Grant.
D.Move to Approve/Deny a Purchase Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado and ISP Supplies LLC for the purchase of the components for sixteen (16) Rohn Towers at $1,403.43 per tower, in an amount not to exceed $22,454.97.
