RANGELY — The Town of Rangely will be commencing its 2008 water line improvement project to start mobilization on Aug. 5 and excavation starting on Aug. 11. The town anticipates that no streets will be closed but several streets north of Main will be affected. Water line will be replaced on parts of White Street, Grand Avenue, Sunset Avenue, Stanolind Avenue and possibly East Rio Blanco. The project is expected to be completed by the end of October.
