RBC | Rio Blanco area youth have put in months of hard work raising their premium livestock and preparing for the annual Rio Blanco County Fair and Junior Livestock Auction. The annual livestock sale brings the opportunity for area youth to sell their animals at the end of the show. Many exhibitors use those funds to purchase future livestock projects or help with college expenses.
