RBC | Rio Blanco County Historical Society presents: “This is Rangely—Celebrating Rangely History!” on Oct. 9 from 1-3 p.m. at the Old West Heritage Culture Center (517 Park Ave., Meeker, Colo., next door to the White River Museum). Luncheon is at 1 p.m. Guests can bring salad or dessert. Board is providing hot casseroles. Business meeting at 1:45 p.m. with recognition of 2016 volunteers!
