RBC | To wrap up the 2023/24 Rio Blanco County 4-H year the Western Rio Blanco Jr Livestock Judging Team traveled to Casper, Wyoming, to compete in the Casper College Fall Classic Livestock Judging Contest. The participating youth on this trip were between the ages of 8-12 and have been working hard to prepare for this event.
