RBC | The Rio Blanco County Public Health Department announced late Friday the seventh laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19 and one probable case pending test results.
According to Public Health, both individuals have been appropriately isolated and instructed on self-care home recovery. Both individuals are symptomatic with fever, fatigue, muscle aches, and weakness. One reports cough, headache, sore throat and abdominal pain in addition.
RBC Public Health is identifying and implementing additional precautionary measures, to include the notice and quarantine of close contacts with this case.
Residents are urged to remain vigilant and continue practicing social distancing and other recommended protection measures including hand hygiene and mask-wearing.
