RBC I Do you know good BBQ? Register now as a chef for the RBC Backyard Cookoff, during the Rio Blanco County Fair on Aug. 6! The cookoff will have a two meat (chicken and ribs) competition and People’s Choice Category for a chance to win! Prizes total $3,500 and will be awarded to first, second and third place. The people’s choice awards will be a custom made cutting board.
The “Kids Q” competition allows young chefs (under 16) to show off their grilling skills for a chance to win a cash prize! Join in the fun and taste to vote for your favorite at 5:30 p.m. at the RBC Fairgrounds.
