The future is looking bright for the Rangely High School track team if results from the Colorado 2A State Track and Field Champions held in Denver on May 21-23 are any indication. From left to right, sophomore Patrick Scoggins broke the school record in the 800-meter run, which stood since 1998, with a time of 2:01.27 and fellow sophomore Brennan Noyes broke the school high jump record, which had stood since 1980, by clearing the bar at 6-5.
