Rio Blanco County has a full 4-H program with thriving market livestock and general project clubs. Above, Trae and Tannen Kennedy put the finishing touches on their multiple-story roller-coaster. The Rangely and Meeker 4-H councils are active in planning community service activities as well as 4-H events and trips! One such trip is the 4-H Mini Trip coming in June, when 50-plus 4-H’rs and chaperones will travel to Denver for three days of education and fun.
