RBC I Savannah Wolfson, (R-Oak Creek) announced her candidacy to the State Legislature today. She is running for House District 26 in order to protect the unique way of life that NW Colorado enjoys.
Wolfson said she wants to be the voice of NW Colorado, who she feels is being trampled at the state legislature. She described her path to becoming an advocate for local values. “The politicians we have been sending to the state legislature, if you look at their votes, they’re not lining up with local values. They are voting how they are told to by their party leadership. I want to be a public servant and represent our local values to the state.”
Wolfson gave her speech to community members, family, and friends near a playground in Hayden.
