Roybal 13th in girls’ race at Moffat Co., others hurting

MEEKER I Sometimes running can be painful, and last Saturday in Craig two runners on Meeker’s cross country team experienced more pain than usual.
One was able to finish, the other wasn’t.
Cowboy sophomore Ean Barrow pushed through the pain of shin splints to finish the 3.1-mile course in Moffat County, while freshman Savannah Johnson ran two-thirds of the race before experiencing too much pain, and did not finish.
