Meeker High School track coach John Strate was pleased to announce senior Toby Casias has signed a letter of intent to run track for Strate’s alma mater, Western State College in Gunnison. Casias medaled in all four state events he competed in last season, placing third in the 200 meter dash and as a member of the 4×200 relay.
