The Rio Blanco County Department of Human Services was busy this week preparing non-perishable boxes for the school districts. These boxes contain non-perishable items for children in need of summer meals. The boxes were delivered to schools on Wednesday, May 25. Thank you to Carmen McKay (Eligibility Supervisor), Nabila Mason (Deputy Director of Rio Blanco DHS ) and Janae Stanworth (Budget Director) for setting this up for the children of Rio Blanco County, and to all the community support: PMC staff, Bruce Bair, Dawn Collins, Boyd Richardson, Dave Overton, Bill Kracht, Stella McGruder, Adam Mason, Bailey Mantle and the staff of DHS. We greatly appreciate all the support from the community in providing these boxes for the children. | COURTESY PHOTOS
