RANGELY I If only the game had been called at halftime. Rangely dominated Grand Junction Central’s junior varsity in the first half Saturday, controlling the ball and scoring twice to go into the intermission with a 14-0 lead.

RHS golf team leans to the left
RANGELY I Of the five players on the Rangely High School golf team, three are left-handed. That’s a challenge from an instructional standpoint, especially if the one doing the instructing is right-handed.
Third-place finish
Rangely High School’s girls’ volleyball team placed third out of 16 teams in pool play last weekend at the Grand Valley Cardinal Classic.
Elks award
2009 Rangely High School seniors Christian Holcomb and Jennifer Barlow (pictured) received the Colorado Elks National Foundation Scholarships in the amount of $500 each. RANGELY | The Rangely High School Class of 1999 will have a reunion the weekend of July 11 and invites all Rangely High School alumni to Ace Hi Steak House and Lounge, 616 E Main St. in Rangely on Saturday to celebrate.
