RBC | Rio Blanco County commissioners certified the new county master plan as approved by the RBC planning commission at its most recent meeting. Revising the land use code has started and a new zoning map will be developed.

Get help applying for college aid

College Goal Sunday to help families finance college RBC I Students and parents will be offered free professional help as they take an important first step to getting college financial aid on Sunday, Feb. 13 at 15 locations across Colorado, including Colorado Northwestern Community College.
