RANGELY | Multiple suspects are sought in a Sept. 30 “smash and grab” break-in and burglary at Rangely True Value in which a variety of firearms were stolen from a display case.
Rangely Police Chief Ti Hamblin said suspects smashed a back window, gained entrance to the store, smashed a display case and fled the scene with multiple firearms.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) are assisting Rangely PD with the investigation.
Hamblin said he’s “confident there are multiple suspects” involved.
