RBC — The VALE Board is announcing a vacancy with the 9th Judicial District Victim Assistance and Law Enforcement Board. This is a volunteer position and the duties will include management of the fund created to foster victim services and enhance the responsiveness of law enforcement to victims of crimes in Garfield, Pitkin and Rio Blanco counties. Board members usually meet six times per year, usually in Glenwood Springs during the daytime and are reimbursed for their travel expenses.
This position is appointed by the chief judge in the judicial district and the Board members can serve two, three year terms.
