The children’s park located close to the Meeker School Administration Building has a plaque giving credit to those entities that helped make this park possible. That stone plaque is countersunk in a log at the entrance and has been vandalized again by parties unknown. Your Meeker Lions Club is in the process of cleaning the stone and log. We will also improve its construction with a Plexiglas cover in hopes it will be better protected in the future.
