Dear Editor:
The VFW Post 5843, American Legion Post 74 and the VFW Auxiliary would like to give a sincere thank you to the faculty and students of Barone Middle School for the opportunity to interact with you and the wonderful reception we received on Veterans Day 2019. Also would like to thank the Meeker Chamber of Commerce for providing lunch. It was really nice. I would also like to thank all the veterans who showed up to this affair, it is nice to see people taking the time out of their day to spend with the youth of Meeker. Great assembly, BMS. Thank you!
