RBC I The Community Resource Center (CRC) and the Boettcher and El Pomar foundations now have a free online tool to track rural grant funding in Northwest Colorado. This database monitors grant dollars awarded in Rio Blanco, Grand, Jackson, Moffat and Routt counties. The public can check out this tool here: bit.ly/H4XdQr.
