Williams increases dividends to 40 cents

RBC | The Williams’ (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.4025 on the company’s common stock, payable March 31, 2014, to holders of record as of March 14.
The first-quarter 2014 dividend is an increase of $0.0225 from the previous quarterly dividend of $.38 per share.
The company continues to expect to increase the full-year dividend by 20 percent in each of 2014 and 2015, to $1.75 and $2.11, respectively.…
