In conjunction with Septemberfest, a new event, Woof Fest, will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Elks Park.
The event will feature numerous contests, including an essay contest and a photo contest, as well as a silent auction for a handmade quilt.
Contests will include best dog costume, best trick, biggest and smallest dog contest (full-grown dogs only), pet look-a-like contest and an agility course. Contest entries are $3 each; prizes will be awarded.…
