WREA delivers $32K rebate check to Meeker High School

MEEKER | White River Electric General Manager, Alan Michalewicz, was pleased to deliver a $32,952 lighting rebate check to Meeker High School on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Meeker School Superintendent Chris Selle and MHS Principal Amy Chinn were more than happy to receive the rebate that will be applied to the school district construction fund. WREA encourages all its membership to look into energy efficiency and lighting rebates. WREA’s rebates are provided as a part of Tri-State Generation & Transmission’s overall energy efficiency and rebate program.

Michalewicz said, “We are always happy to find ways to support the Meeker School District, and we hope to see more of our membership utilize the rebate program.” More information on energy efficiency rebates can be found at WREA’s website www.wrea.org or by calling Todd Gerloff at WREA (970-878-5041).
