The Golden Spade Award residential winners for July are Robert and Rose Reynolds, who live at 207 S. Stanolind. Rose bought the bicycle at a yard sale. “You just never know when you add flowers to something what the results will be,” she said. The monthly beautification award is co-sponsored by the town of Rangely and the Rangely Chamber of Commerce.
