The “Christmas Store” was set up and assistance provided in selecting, tagging and wrapping for everyone on their list. Afterwards, the store was moved to the Pines Living Center on Water Street to serve the residents there. Those who contributed were Samuelson True Value, Meeker Auto Parts, Wyatt’s, Parts City, the Methodist Ladies group, Valley Hardware, Wendll’s, Meeker Embroidery, Prescriptions Salon and Spa and several local individuals. The Christmas Store is a ministry of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Meeker.
