MEEKER | Deanette Devereaux, a 1972 graduate of Meeker High School, recently completed classes and is now a nurse practitioner in Arizona. Previously, she received a master’s degree in nursing at Arizona State University in Tempe. In addition, she received an award as the most outstanding graduate student in the College of Nursing. She currently teaches nursing at Glendale Community College. She is the daughter of Connie Devereaux of Grand Junction and the late Jim Devereaux of Meeker.
