MEEKER I Danny Campbell was a resident of Meeker from 1958 until 1991. He was graduated from Meeker High School with the class of 1966. From his nearly half a century in the White River valley, Campbell has compiled an autobiographical work, titled “A Wet Ass and a Hungry Gut.” Accompanied by long-time friend Mary Hartwig, Campbell will be at Avis’ Village Floral this Saturday, Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a book signing.
