MEEKER I For those hungry folks in the Meeker area on Saturday morning, the Meeker Lions Club will be serving a free breakfast from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at the Freeman E. Fairfield Center at 200 E. Main in downtown Meeker.
Breakfast will be provided by the Meeker Lions Club in conjunction with the ERBM Recreation and Park Department.
Santa will be present, so local parents are encouraged to bring their cameras along for the meal and for them to remind their children to bring along their Christmas gift lists to tell Santa what they want for Christmas.
Attendees are also requested to bring a non-perishable food item that will be given to the Meeker Food Bank.
