Dear Editor: In light of the letter to the editor from Mr. Kennedy with regard to the ongoing problems with the Meeker school board, I was wondering how many signatures would be required to initiate a recall of the entire current Meeker school board. Inasmuch as there probably is not time for a recall prior to the next school board election, I would suggest that Meeker voters seriously consider not returning current board members who are up for re-election. Also, are there not transparency laws in Colorado the school board is violating by not allowing voters to be witnesses to the transactions of the school board?Respectfully,Bruce A. NottinghamMeeker
