Meeker looking to update CodeRed info

MEEKER I If you did not receive a CodeRed emergency call during the town of Meeker water emergency last week and you have Internet access, go to http://www.co.rio-blanco.co.us/sheriff/ and click onto the CodeRed logo and enter your address, phone, cell phone and e-mail address. If you do not have Internet access, call the sheriff’s office at 878-9620 and give them your information. Although 79 percent of calls were successful, some residences were not contacted and the sheriff’s office would like to correct this in order for everyone to be notified of an emergency. If you need any further information on CodeRed, contact the sheriff’s office. For those who have entered their contact information since the emergency, they will not need to do so again.
