Archie Lloyd Tinder was born on May 27, 1941, and passed away on Sept. 3, 2010. He was born in Meeker. He grew up and was graduated from high school in Meeker. After high school, he moved to Denver. He went to work for Goodwill Industries. Lloyd returned to Meeker in the mid 1960s, where he remained until his passing.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents Archie L. Tinder and Olga W.(Janes) Tinder. He is survived by his brother Wayne Tinder.
The funeral service was held at Rio Blanco Funeral Home of Meeker on Thursday, Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. He was laid to rest at Highland Cemetery.
