Cass Casper passed away on May 15, 2018, surrounded by his family. He was born Aug. 27, 1926, to Hattie and Ed Casper in Hildreth, Neb. Cass married his wife Patricia Cassidy at their cabin in Buford, Colo., on July 10, 1982.
He loved the outdoors, hunting and horseback riding. He was a hunting outfitter in Colorado for 39 years. Cass is survived by Patricia, their daughters Crista and Catherine (Max), granddaughter Clara, and niece Deborah Crouch. He is preceded in death by his brother-in-law Jack Scales and sister Norma Scales.
A family gathering will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. at Leavitt’s Mortuary Atrium, 836 36th St., Ogden, Utah. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at 10:30 a.m.
