4-H members (left to right, front to back) Shauna Lapp, Keihlin Myers, Miley Chism, Kobey Chism, Tristan Hall, Kacie Lapp, Trenton Files, RaeLynn Norman, Samantha Lapp, Paityn Myers, Kaylee Mecham, Elena Cummings, Phalon Osborn, Antionette Dorris, Cheyenne Steele, Caitlyn Ducey, Tessa Slagle and Brittany Babineaux all attended the February 4-H Community Council meeting. They talked about all the work that has been going on in the Rangely 4-H program, including an upcoming shoe drive for the less fortunate called Shoes 2 Share and our Butter Braid Pastry and Classic Breaks fundraisers going on now through March 20. The 4-H members who were enrolled and/or re-enrolled by Feb. 2 will enjoy a swimming party Feb. 24 from 4-7 p.m. The next 4-H Council meeting will be held Monday, March 19 at 6 p.m. at CNCC. The next Eagle Crest Assisted Living Facility activity will be held Monday, March 5 after school. All 4-H members are invited to attend these upcoming events. Don’t forget to purchase Butter Braid pastries from the 4-H members.
