The Meeker PEO senior girls party took place at Richards Hall on May 6. Receiving the highest english award was Torrie Gerloff, and receiving the highest math/science award was Katelyn Harman.
The PEO is an educational organization that promotes higher education for women. The party was Chapter BA’s 94th annual event. The PEO will also give out two local scholarships at graduation. The chapter has five projects they raise funds for with the PEO Quilt Show in September.
