The Meeker Sportsman’s Club would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Meeker VFW Post No 5843, the Ladies Auxiliary to Meeker VFW Post No. 5843, and the American Legion Post No. 0074. These organizations recently donated funding to the Meeker Sportsman’s Club for the purchase of a lighted flagpole and flag for the Meeker Sportsman’s Club shooting range. We truly appreciate their generosity toward this purchase. The flagpole has arrived and will be installed at the range soon. So, in the near future as you drive by the range on Highway 13 and see an American flag proudly flying there, know that its presence is due to the generosity of these organizations. Again, thank you to the VFW, Ladies Auxiliary, and the American Legion for their donations.
