Eagle Scouts…

Rangely Boy Scouts Marshal Way, left, and James Scoggins, right, celebrated their being awarded the Eagle Scout Award this past week with friends and family. Members of Boy Scout Troop No. 150, both scouts earned 21 or more merit badges and successfully completed a community project. Only four percent of all Boy Scouts attain the the rank of Eagle.
