Cub Scouts…

On April 28, three members of Rangely Cub Scout Pack 191 were presented with the Arrow of Light award, the highest award given out in Cub Scouts. The three Rangely winners were Corbin Lucero, Wyatt Zufelt and Keihlin Myers.

Pinewood Derby…

Rangely Cub Scout packs No. 189 and No. 191 held their annual Pinewood Derby on Feb. 4. Eighteen boys ran their cars 14 times each. First place went to Joseph McKay, second place went to Justin Allred and third place went to Jeffrey Slack. The Sportsmanship Award went to Ashton Bennett.

Rangely Cub Scout Packs 189/191 held a pack meeting and did a service project called “Holiday Mail for Heroes” affiliated with the Red Cross, where scouts and families make cards for our service men and women everywhere to show gratitude for their service.

Troop competes in derby
