MEEKER I The White River Electric Association Board of Directors is accepting letters of interest from WREA members seeking appointment to fill a WREA board vacancy representing the Town of Meeker district.
Letters of interest will be accepted through Dec. 12 at 4:30 p.m.
The WREA board will appoint a director by the end of December to fill the unexpired portion of Anthony Mazzola’s term. Mazzola’s resignation will become effective in January and follows his recently elected position as Rio Blanco County Sheriff beginning in January.
