100th birthday

It rained during the annual senior barbecue hosted by the Town of Rangely in Elks Park but it didn’t keep more than 100 people from attending including Reinhard Fricken. Fricken celebrated his 100th birthday. Tuesday evening Rangely mayor Paula Davis and town trustees, congratulated Gail Palmer (left) “for her honor and commitment to earn the Epsilon Sigma Alpha Certified Volunteer of America,” award, read a proclamation from the mayor.
