A grand re-opening of Elks Park in Rangely was held Saturday last to celebrate the improvements to the park in the past year.

RANGELY I Over the last year, Rangely residents have watched Elks Park undergo a facelift, from new restrooms and dugouts to a custom-made entrance sign and a larger pavilion.
100th birthday
It rained during the annual senior barbecue hosted by the Town of Rangely in Elks Park but it didn’t keep more than 100 people from attending including Reinhard Fricken. Fricken celebrated his 100th birthday.
