Pastor Rus and Shelly Hooper of Rangely are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Beth Hooper, to Bryce Scroggins, son of Bill and Linda Scroggins of Wayside, Texas. Sara is a 2006 graduate of Haltom High School, Haltom City, Texas. She attended West Texas A&M where she studied music therapy.
Bryce is a 2005 graduate of Amarillo High School, Amarillo, Texas. He was graduated from Amarillo College with an associate degree in safety and environmental technology in 2009. Sara is employed by Heritage Lumber and substitute teaches and coaches cheerleading for the Rangely School District. Bryce works for Flint Energy of Rifle. A June 10, 2011 wedding is planned in Amarillo, Texas. The couple plans to reside in Kemmerer, Wyo., after their marriage.
