-George Witter has been appointed undersheriff, vice Stuart Edgar resigned.
-Deputy Game Wardens Cardnell and Moody were arrivals on Tuesday’s stage, and a general shaking up was the result of their trip. At their instance Ed. Sanderson was arraigned before Justice Burnham Wednesday on the charge of buying and shipping deer hides, and it cost Sandy $25. The wardens are on the trail of other offenders in this section.
