Letter: Writer looking for birth information

I was born in Meeker, Colo., in 1975. I was given up for adoption. My mom was 14 years old when she had me. My dad was 19 at the time. They gave me to a Mormon adoption agency. I have fought them here in Denver and they won’t release this info to me. All I want in life is to see my mom’s eyes and to know what happened. It would bring great closure in my life. I’m desperately seeking help and ask you with everything I have to please help me.
